It is a beautiful day here in Bellevue at our Open House at the model unit condo E-102 at Horizon Village at Somerset. Almost 70 degrees today.

What a perfect day to have an Open House!

The grass is bright green, and the trees are blooming.

We are getting some traffic of buyers looking at the condos today. Ever since they reduced the prices on the last remaining units here at Horizon Village, people are starting to look for Horizon Village.

Nestled right up the hill among some very nice homes here in Bellevue, Horizon Village is one of the few condo projects in this area of Somerset. It is so close to the freeway, schools, and shopping.

People are very surprised at how open feeling these floor plans are, too.

The model units are nicely decorated.
